Topfix Channel Supports
Topfix channel range can be supplied for surface
fixing, cast in type or as a framing system.
All channels supplied for casting in are supplied with
welded anchors, polystyrene infill and nailing holes.
The benefits of cast in channel are that there is no
installation stress on the concrete, edge distances can be
reduced and no site drilling is required which offer a
significant cost saving. The channel does require correct
positioning by the installers. Welded anchors are
generally at 250mm centres, but this may need to be
reduced for higher loadings.
